Project 5- Final Major Project

Unit Covered: Unit 9 

 

This is the final and formative unit that collaborates and challenges students to apply all skills gathered throughout the year. Within this project, you will create their own individual piece of devised performance that responds to a stimulus provided to all students. You will have to take ownership of all elements of your project by researching into your ideas, devising all production and performance elements, engaging and leading rehearsals and evaluation the success of your work as it develops. This is an exciting project that stretches you and supports you in identifying the type of work you wish to engage with in the wide performing Arts industry.

Please note that this is the summative unit of the Level 2 course and will be graded at a Pass, Merit or Distinction grade. This unit and project outcome determine the overall grade achieved for the course. Students will not be able to begin this project if they have not completed and passed all elements of the formative units 1-9. Failure to complete any unit results in failure of the course overall.
